My adventure today was a relaxing ,therapeutic time at Stourhead gardens . I looked across the lake and a glint of light lit up the water.

What a treat today went to Stourhead gardens with my mum today.We had to wait all day for the rain clouds to clear.At 6pm the warmth of the sunlight came out and quickly changed to cool light.

I stood in the shade and watched the gentle flow of the river and the shafts of light through the trees.

I climbed to the top of Cley hill and the light infused the landscape all around.

I spent ages trying to take a picture of a tiny blue butterfly as they flutter a lot.

Orchids were scattered from the base of the hill to midway and many wild flowers of many shades covered the chalky soil.

What a dramatic landscape when you climb to the top you can see for miles.The sky changed quickly and dark clouds appeared all around.

Wiltshire is very different to dorset flatter and more poppyfields and water meadows.

It was just a happening that I was awoken by the echoing sound of the Peacocks on Wincombe Estate.The sunrise was just coming up and it was so delicate in it’s glow.

I came across this meadow on the outskirts of salisbury isn’t it romantic.
