Day four, Walked to the top of Magnolia walk at Abbotsbury tropical gardens -the view disappeared from the fleet and Chesil into the heat haze but you could see the swannery with the little dashes of white down below.

I grew up here looking out of my bedroom window from the age of five and I still have this ancient ,majestic view of Wincombe woods to the east .Its the entrance to wiltshire but I’m seeing it from dorset .

The light over the cathedral lit up against the monochrome hills and a blast of baby ,pale blue cleansed the sky.

Last evening watched,stood,admired and waited for the sun to drop down parallel to Duncliffe ancient hill covered in trees .The picture was taken from castle hill and where the castle once stood in Shaftesbury ,dorset.
