Day four, Walked to the top of Magnolia walk at Abbotsbury tropical gardens -the view disappeared from the fleet and Chesil into the heat haze but you could see the swannery with the little dashes of white down below.
Day three, The seagull settles on the Victorian balcony outside our window in the fish & chip restaurant over looking the bay- we do like to be beside the seaside .
Day three, The mill pond and mill house are hidden from the crowds on the waterfront. The water falls from the pond into a stream and brook winding their way to the sea.
It’s a barone ,stark place as I look along to East cliff situated on Portland near Weymouth and the chesil in dorset. I created a nocturne in watercolour to show the atmosphere, dramatic ness and simplicity .
Weather warmer and blue sky that dazzerled. The chesil was bare with plant life and the tamaris was bare. All of a sudden it will flourish and come alive.
