I still want to paint my experience of Northern Mallorca .Strong blues,turquoise ,purple,peach and varies olive greens stay clear in my memory.

You have only got to study summer flowers in a meadow or border and the colours are vivid and bright. So I created a pattern of flowers.

The foxglove has a wild elegent rustic charm when you come across it in a border or in the woods .It stands out and the bees love it too.

An impressive site before me so much work had been achieved to grow many varieties of fruit and veg and splashes of flower colour.

I put all the images of the trees I saw in Majorca and wanted to create a Mediterranean poppyscape with elegent Cypress trees .
